    RetroStrange Movie Night #17 was a rousing success, thanks to everyone who came the during out 6-hour live stream. We learned a lot about eye safety, gushed over the amazing 1933 Alice in Wonderland, and stumbled our way through Abbot and Costello’s Jack and the Beanstalk.     Event Links: Facebook Event Page – Eventbrite Page Movie Night #16 premiers on January 9th and is an all sci-fi extravaganza. We’ll be watching Prince of Space, which is really two Planet Prince tokusatsu films edited together for American audiences, and the first two episodes of Captain Z-Ro (wikipedia), the coulda-been American Doctor Who. This time we’re using Eventbrite for virtual ticketing- but don’t worry, Movie Night is and will always remain free. NOTE: For the first time, Movie Night will begin at 8:00pm instead of our previous start time of 5:30pm Pacific.
